At the Callahan Law Offices we make every effort to resolve your injury claim as soon as possible by negotiating with the other person's insurance company. If we are able to collect money for you without filing a lawsuit our fee is only 25% of what is recovered for you and that means more money in your pocket.

For example, let's assume that my office collects $100,000.00 for you from the other person's insurance company without filing a lawsuit. At other law firms you will owe them $33,333.00 (or more) in attorney fees. At my office, you will keep $8,333.00 more than you would at a firm that charges 33.3%. Because of my 25% fee you really do get to keep more of your money.
